I'm a true gentleman with old fashioned values. I learned respect from my years in the South. I like to pamper a lady with affection, kindness and respect and expect the same in return. I love long walks on the beach and body surfing (old surfer dude). Sunsets are a favorite. When I'm not near the ocean or gulf I like to relax around the pool and read a good book. I currently live in a luxury motor coach and have been a vagabond for several years. I would love to have a companion to travel this wonderful country with, an East coast trip from Florida to Maine would be nice, but would be willing to settle some where with the right lady. Where would you like to go, what would you like to see? I love moving somewhere and staying until I've seen everything in that area. I'm not fond of cold weather and I'm pretty casual and wear shorts a golf shirt and sneakers most days. I'm somewhat of a neat/clean kind of guy but don't mind making things that way. I love to cook but also enjoy dinning out. I'm a little shy in the beginning but warm up quickly. I am witty and love to laugh, have fun and make others laugh. I'm a widow and a little rusty in the dating department I had a 45 year relationship with a wonderful lady. I'm not looking to replace her, just find someone and begin again with an open mind. My tastes are ecletic in most things and I consider my self to be a practical, pragmatic person.I'm working hard to get back into shape after neglecting my self for the last two years of constant care to my terminally ill wife. Now it's time to take care of myself! You would be a caring, honest, fun loving, affectionate gal who likes to have fun and laugh a lot. It is important that you are financially independant. You must be healthy and love to be outdoors not be afraid of intimacy, and somewhat athletic would be nice. Life must be enjoyed to the fullest so if you are selfish, play head games or are a drama queen please do not respond. I would prefer you to have at least one photo displayed. I don't cosider myself to be more than average in the looks department but know that my attributes more than make up for that. Let me hear from you if any of this interests you.
