My husband passed away 17 years ago and I came to the great realization that I never want to quit evolving. I also realized that common interests, passion, attraction, humor, intelligence, integrity and communication skills are all at the top of my list of things that are important in a relationship.

I am a gentle soul but independent with a strong personality. I love men, I am a great kisser, am passionate about life. I am a firm believer in paying it forward, none of us live in a vacuum. I am open to all the wonderful possibilities that the future may offer and look forward to sharing those possibilities with someone.

We are all at a place in our lives where we hopefully DO have baggage. Does it define us or do we carry it with dignity, grace and integrity, that is the question.

I have four great kids, all off on their own life journey now and are spread from NYC to LA. For the first time in my life I can make choices that are about me and my happiness. I love to cook but have the most fun when I have a partner in crime in the kitchen. I love theater, a good movie, concerts, a great book, long walks, road trips and time with family and friends.

The man of my dreams is smart, socially liberal, is a participator in life not just an observer, he can be spontaneous but still knows how to make a plan. He would be affectionate, a hugger, a hand holder, and a great kisser (the way two people fit together while kissing is very telling). He would enjoy traveling but would always love coming home. He would value family because at the end of the day those are the people that are most important in our world. We are all at a place in our lives where we hopefully DO have baggage. Does it define us or do we carry it with dignity, grace and integrity. I am attracted to men that have a little character in their face. Lines are fine with me, maybe they are laugh lines, maybe they are just lines of a life well lived. It all makes us who we are and in the end that is real even if we would prefer it not to be.
