I am the proud father of two adult sons that I raised alone from an early age; they are also my best friends. I have been told by my mother and two sisters that I am witty, confident, intelligent, handsome, caring, funny and a great communicator (yes a guy who likes to talk) but would they really say anything bad about me.
People are shocked when they learn my age as they tell me that they would have guessed 5-7 years younger and I have been told that I look even younger in person. I believe that if you continue to think young, act young and have young thoughts then you will feel young, my health may have a lot to do with that also. I have never been hospitalized for anything, I am rarely if ever sick and I take no medication for anything and my doctor says that is rare for a man my age, so I will say it again, age is a state of mind and just a number.
I would best be described as having city roots as I don't like to hunt camp or fish (unless it is deep sea fishing). Don't get me wrong I love the outdoors and you will find me outside most evenings and all weekend long when the weather permits.
I don't play games and expect the same in return. You will also need to be independent to a certain degree as a little time alone (not too much) is healthy for a relationship. Family is very important to me and I love children (I have two sons and three grandchildren) and if you have children I will be as involved as you want me to be or will allow but not until the timing between us is at the right place.
I love life and have a serious side but for the most part I love humor and I will make you laugh as much as you like, it just comes naturally for me, I am easily able to laugh at myself when I do something foolish so self deprecating humor is not a problem for me.
I am searching for lady that appreciates being treated very special. I am a hopeless romantic with old fashioned values where men treat woman as ladies.
