Took early retirement from 30-year career and now self-employed in same field: communications and public affairs. Set own hours. Active and lively with many interests, including music (play classical but also listen to rock, pop, jazz), reading, current events (moderate to liberal), writing, history, scientific advances, clean energy and green technology, indy and foreign movies as well as Hollywood, walking for health and calmness of spirit, social justice and inclusion, spirituality, lifelong learning, good conversation and humor. Churchgoer but not fanatic or literalist. Originally from UK. In California since 1973. Legally separated since April '08.
