Mind Connection First ...and then???

Ik beschrijf mezelf als:

I am a woman who loves a great conversation over a glass of wine under the night sky. I like to socialize but am equally content to stay at home and enjoy your company. I need a guy with a quick and open mind, great sense of humor and philosophical bent.

I am not attracted to fundamentalists or closed minds - although traditional values are fine with me. The older I become the more I value what I rebelled against when I was young.

I love to travel and have seen most of the US plus a few European countries including France, England and the Netherlands (well, Amsterdam). I've also lived in a variety of places but have stayed put now for quite some time. I live in a beautiful part of the country (out of many) and enjoy a daily walk by the water. I would consider moving under the right circumstances.

I do like to socialize - dine out, go dancing, be with friends - but I also like spur of the moment plans with no particular destination in mind - or a destination in mind but no need to rush to get there (I do enough of that with my work).

I have a dog I dearly love - so my guy must be an animal lover, too.

I am more spiritual than religious (which is why I enjoy challenging conversations). I am definitely a liberal and would prefer my guy to be too - although if slightly conservative - it's okay - as long as you have an open mind...

I read alot - love movies - some plays - and great music. Music I prefer from our "generation" would be Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, Eagles, Electric Light Orchestra for example - and have had many a good time to Barry White;-).. I'm also originally from Chicago so enjoy jazz and blues a lot.

I'm tall and prefer a guy at least 5'10 or over. I like fit guys with some cushion (like me) and by now should be health conscious - at least to some degree.

I believe in chemistry. I know what I'm looking for and hope you do too. If we don't click - no hard feelings.
