I am a teacher (work full time) I am a loyal friend and partner. These last two years have been difficult as I learn to focus on who I am as a single person. Family is very important to me. I love to spend time with friends but equally enjoy my quiet time listening to music and reading a good book. I believe in God but am not Super Religious. My politics are independent, I support issues not parties. That said I was born and raised in NYC so if you are a Trump supporter I am probably not your gal. I am most happy outdoors in the mountains or by the water-lake or beach. Covid has made me realize that human connection is important and that I need to come out of my comfort zone but in a safe way and so I am trying this. It was my Birthday on Wednesday so I said why not ? We shall see what this new adventure brings.

Een perfecte eerste date is

A meal or beverage in a quieter place where we would be able to talk and get to know each other is one. Meeting outdoors where we could either sit and talk or walk and talk or both. As this is all new I would prefer a more public place. I’m told I am too trusting for my own good. But this chapter in my life has put me on guard….sorry No I think that is a good thing, we both need to be protective.

Mijn Idee Van Plezier is

Being where I need to be. Sometimes I love being alone on a rainy walk other times I enjoy good company on a walk and other days a good time with a group of friends. It really isn’t what I am doing but who I am enjoying it with. I am comfortable meeting new people and trying new things (mostly) and I love meals with friends, good music and laughter. I’m not as active as I used to be - I’m not jumping off cliffs, rock climbing skiing or ice skating, a foot injury and beginning arthritis slowed that all down. So instead I walk/hike, kayak, thread water, I work full time as a kindergarten teacher in an inner city school. I love my kinders. I love outings with my grandchildren. Family is important to me. I’m pretty chill.
