I am vibrant woman comfortable in my own skin. I am honest, outspoken, and reasonably intelligent, (I think). I have a good sense of humor and enjoy a good laugh (even at my own expense). I am laid back, unpretentious and family oriented. Being a caring person, friends and family are very important to me. I would like to find a friend or a special someone to have coffee and good conversation with while getting better acquainted to see if there is any chemistry. I also enjoy going out to dinner and an occasional glass of wine. I am a sensuous, and very affectionate woman. I'm retired from the college where I worked for 15 years as Adm.Asst.of the Professional Development Center, and also took classes at the same time. Mutual respect, open and honest communication, patience and kindness are necessary components needed for building a friendship and can lead up to a committed relationship. For sports, my favorites are MLB, the Red Sox (who else); and I enjoy watching the Patriots. Playing cards is a favorite pastime also. Country music, and the big band sounds are the genre I prefer, some dancing, going for walks, watching the birds and the sounds of nature. . . I especially like seagulls. Going for a ride to no where in particular on sunny day along the coast of Maine, maybe. Love the little fishing villages dotting the coast as well as the lighthouses which have always fascinated me. There are no dress rehearsals in this life--it should be shared with someone who is kind, considerate and has common interests — a gentleman who is genuine, caring, fun to be with, and knows how to treat a lady. At this time in life, we are who we are and with that being said, what time we may have left should be enjoyed. I would treat you with honor and respect as that is the way I would want to be treated.
