Me describiría a mi mismo como

I am an optimist. My glass is always half full. I take pride in my appearance and keeping relatively fit and active for my age is important to me. I try and follow a peacefull and calming approach to life. I still participate in sport (lawn bowls) and regularly go to the gym. I value connectedness with those close to me. I can get emotional watching a feel good movie. Wear my heart on my sleeve at times.
I'm seeking a female who has joy and laughter in their "eyes" (windows to the soul). Friendship is a great starting point. I want someone to be along side me, not in front and not behind me. Being ligh hearted and happy is obviously a prerequisite as well.
I don't smoke and I only drink socially and thus I expect my lady friend to be the same.
Honesty, trustworthy and maintaining one's word are vitally important to me.
I have a small family that I love dearly but I need to make more effort in communicating with them.
Life can be very fragile and thus it is important to enjoy every remaining moment we all have left.
