I am reasonably fit for my age going on 20 mile cycle rides to keep fit when our lovely British weather allows, also I go for long mile swim every week.
I am animal lover with dogs being top of the list. I am a good listener and I volunteer with the Samaritans once or twice a week in my local town of Ipswich. I like to walk hand in hand with my chosen one and just go where the mood takes us chatting away as we go. I am decent man with old fashioned values I am not here looking for brief encounters. I am looking to find a lovely lady that I can spend great times with (and be there for the bad) with laughing, dancing, eating, walking, swimming.
