I have a good sense of humor, and would like to have someone to laugh with and share good times. I like the outdoors and working outside gardening, landscaping, taking care of the lawn, or maybe just enjoying some down time. I like to kayak, be out on the rowboat, go bike riding and hiking. I like to fish too but just to relax, nothing serious. I like a wide variety of music and sports, but I can't handle rap, opera, or 'pro wrestling'. I am honest, caring, a good listener and will always be sensitive to your feelings. I want to find a long term relationship, and I am not a player. I am not extravagant, I lean more towards a country life style, and I don't need a lot of material things to make me happy. I had all the toys when I was younger now it is more about keeping it simple. I enjoy my home, I like day trips, long weekends, or a week away somewhere. May be looking to retire early next year, but I might do something part time, we'll see. I am independent, responsible, neat and good at taking care of myself. I'm not lazy and I can find a lot of things to keep me busy, but what I miss is having a partner to share life with. Someone I can look forward to being with at the end of the day, or during the day, what ever our situation is. Someone to talk to and share the day's events, have dinner with, go for a ride with, see a concert with, take a trip with, and come home to. Things that so many people take for granted until they are gone and you wish you could have it all back. I believe there is someone for everyone, and we can have it all back. I want to be part of a couple and do things that couples do, and to cherish the time we have together. I want to be with someone who shares the same values and at least some of the same interests. I am sure you have some different interests so let's share them too. I am not in to drama or giving to much thought to things that don't really matter. At this age there's just no time for it. I want the comfort of a stable relationship, and I realize there is a process in finding someone to share life with. Hopefully some of this will spark an interest, and we can start an email conversation and take it from there. Let's keep it simple, no pressure, no games, and we'll see what happens.
