I am a passionate, compassionate 63-year old woman who is tall (6-feet), honest and generous. I love nature and being outdoors, preferably in remote and quiet places. I am passionate about animals and nature, and make them a focus of where I go and what I do in my travels. Honesty and fair play are important to me. I am unpretentious and down to earth and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.

I dedicate much of my free time to gardening. I take great pleasure in participating in the entire cycle of nature’s ongoing creation, by planting the seeds, nurturing the plants, harvesting the crops, and finally eating, canning or freezing the fresh vegetables from my garden. For me, cutting a lush bouquet of flowers from my garden and sharing it with a friend or neighbor is one of my favorite random acts of kindness.
I enjoy working out and taking my dogs for long, vigorous walks in the park (would you care to join us?). I am a great cook and I enjoy hearing wonderful conversation and laughter from the friends that I have invited to my table. But what I really enjoy are intimate dinners for two with a special man. I enjoy good conversation and am as good at listening as I am at talking.

Како замишљам добру забаву

Surprising someone with a random act of kindness. Exploring new places just for the adventure, whether it's a town just down the road or on the other end of the country, or in another country. Cooking with someone that I love and sharing a romantic dinner with great wine and candlelight. Walking my dogs down a snow-covered country road on a crisp, cold, but beautifully clear and sunny winter day. Doing anything in Alaska. Fishing in a place where the water is clean and pure enough that I can actually eat safely the fish that I have caught. Planting seeds and watching them flourish and grow into strong, healthy plants producing nourishing food. Baking apple pie.

I am looking for a man who is tall and strong in character, so that he is someone that I can trust and respect and rely upon to keep his word. He must be brave enough to put any previous negative experiences behind him and not let them affect his ability to place his trust in me (we all have had our share of painful experiences). He should be intelligent, curious and adventurous so that we can continue to learn new things together and share stimulating conversations, but also be content to just sit in silence together, happy in each other's company. He must be a physical and passionate person who is not afraid of expressing his emotions. He should have a sense of humor, be able to see the joy in life and know how to laugh at himself and to make me laugh with him. He should be happy with his work but know how to make time for the more important things in life.
