I'm kind, non judgemental, easy going, unconfrontational. I'm definitely a people person. I think we can all learn about relationships from animals and have a dog--love me, love my dog. I'm shy until I get to know someone. I love good conversation, staying fit, good movies, good historical novels. I'm a Civil War and WWll buff. I would rather chew my tongue than to hurt anyone's feelings. I love to travel, here in the U.S. and also Europe. I don't like to visit 3rd World Countries because of the poverty and suffering, especially the suffering of children that goes from generation to generation. I see those little souls and want to cry because they look so unhappy--and how could they be otherwise. I want to take them all home with me. The out of the way places in Europe are fun to visit, and the people are so charming. Someone who likes to travel is a real plus for me--even if they are just spontaneous day trips. I'm looking for a friend, best friend and soulmate. I'm an old fashion romantic. I wouldn't even tell anyone not to write if you have baggage--we all have baggage. Just carry it well. I do, and expect the same. I'm honest--I expect the same. I'm trustworthy--I expect the same. I treat people the way I want to be treated--I expect the same. I give my relationships 150%--I expect the same.

I really enjoy working in my yard. I go to the pool often for exercise and conversation with people there. I love to go out with my friends. I love a good laugh and to be around people who make me happy and are upbeat and positive. My motto is to keep on keeping on and have fun doing it. My pet peeve are people who don't do what they say they are going to do.
