Married twice: first ended in amicable divorce, the second in my wife's death from breast cancer. As a Toronto kid who's lived on the Prairies for a while, I'm torn between the urban and the rural, for each has its pleasures and rewards. I could live alone, but why give up all that potential fun and laughter?
So my hope is to move back the Great White North in the spring of 2010, or after house values rise enough to recover my investment. Gee, that could be 3010... But you never know... we all have options, minds can change, new opportunities open up frequently enough to keep us guessing. That's the exciting part.
Why Canada, you say? Because it gives you an excuse to cuddle in front of a warm fire for 10 months of every year!

hard to define. I guess I get the most pleasure from intelligent conversation, or a dinner with friends (as long as it involves intelligent conversation). I am not competitive, so card games and similar pursuits are a non-starter. Hey. Does building snowbears count as fun? I even paint them with poster paint. But it is a limited pastime, even in northern Ontario.
