I Would Describe Myself As

I have been on a spiritual path most of my life. Keeps me grounded. Too sensitive for my own good. Very accepting. With that said, I've had "2" brain surgeries, due to , too much fluid in my head Limits me. Used to be very athletic. Can't play as hard as I used to. Played a lot of sports. Now I can go for a brisk walk, hike, other activities. This condition affects my balance, feels like I'm on a boat that's constantly swaying. BUT, that doesn't stop me from being affectionate! Love holding hands while going for a stroll, Good hugs, Gentle back and shoulder massages, While watching something of interest, or not. Love most kinds of music. Favorites are Rock & Roll, not hard rock, mellow mood setting music, Snuggling, low lights, or candles, Appetizers or good Dark chocolate. Dink green tea, or seltzer water. Don't drink or smoke. Don't eat red meat. Love chicken. It can be prepared many way's, love vegetables, haven't met a vegetable I don't like. Always taste better when the cooking is a team effort. I'm affectionate but not clingy. We all need our space sometime. I meditate, not every day, but it's good to clear bad energy, if you deal with too many negative people. Negative people drain me.
