Eating a piece of pie a la mode. I close my eyes and slip a piece into my mouth. I savor that bite feel that ice cream melting sliding down my throat taste that crunchy pie crust and that apple filling inside. UUUUmmmm so good. Thinking my life is like this piece of pie. I need to savor each moment enjoy the taste of my future anticipate the goodness that I will find if I just keep looking. So to my future or possibly ours. Lets enjoy that pie ala mode. Now it is time for my new chapter in life. I believe it is going to be as interesting as the last one. I am sure there will be laughter, tears, uncertainty , talking, listening and a few you have got to be kidding moments. That is ok cause getting to that prize of a very good man will be worth the trip.
