I have had my own business for 38 years and the Planning and Zoning here in my town shut me down because they made this area....low density residentual. I have almost 3 acres of property...and it is low density!!!! I am very unhappy about that, but life goes on. So I have been retired for 3 years and that is fun....give me lots of time to play.
