I Would Describe Myself As

While I was deciding what to tell you about me, my 16 yr. old granddaughter IM me and I asked her how she would describe me and this is what she sent me--terrific, awesome, loving, caring, thoughtful and open-minded. I guess I'd better get out of the clouds and tell you as best as I can about myself.

I love life and I have a very loving family and enjoy them very much. I live alone, but have family living here. I still lead a very active life. I love to travel, and when visiting relatives in the mountains I like hiking, sightseeing and even whitewater rafting. When here at home I like to go fishing, camping and deer hunting with the boys sometime(with a camera instead of a gun). I'm an outdoors kind of person.

I like thunderstorms, rainbows, beautiful sunsets and sunrises.I love to curl up on the sofa in front of the fireplace on a rainy day with a book (a special person would be better than a book of course).

I love to cook and my home is kept clean, which is important to me.

I never have enough hours in a day to do all the things that I want to do. My favorite saying is, "Live to-day as if it were your last". We don't get to go this way but one time.
