I am 57 and love children and animals. I am raising my 5 year old granddaughter who means everything in the world to me. She is a real sweetie. Makes every day a challange and brightens everyone's heart she touches. I have been divorced 13 years and am now ready to change my life and include someone who shares my love of animals. I love to experience the quiet of nature and listen to the running water of a gentle stream. I love to hear the rustle of the tall pines on a star-filled nights sky. I love to relax and sit back and watch a movie at home or out with someone who is special to me. I do write poetry, short stories, and even dabble in the erotic side of stories on occassion. I am pretty easy going unless you taunt the other side of my Gemini personality. I strongly believe you should treat people the way you want to be treated and always do that with respect. Life is sometimes short and we all need to make the most of it while we can. Enjoy life and try not to let the stress of every day life bring us down. Be supportive to the ones around you and the ones you love. Take time to listen to what is important to them even if you don't see things their way. Always treasure the little things. "Little Things Mean Alot" I drove a school bus for many years and loved every minute. I truly miss that part of my life. You not only protect the children, you teach them some of the things that perhaps are not taught at home. You demand respect in a gentle way and you in turn teach them to be respectful. You are not only a protector but also a teacher, friend, nurse, counselor, and many other things if you truly give this job 110%. "Children Learn What They Live." I have done rescue work with bunnies for the past 10+ years. As difficult as rescue work it during the hard times, it is so rewarding in the good times. I hope to someday open a shelter for senior animals and others who would otherwise be discarded and destroyed. I would love to live in the woods with enough land to support this dream.
