Sports and fitness are a key part of my life. I play golf, tennis, ski, I cycle a bit, swim, I do yoga and love to take energetic walks in the forest or by the ocean. I train in a gym.

I love language and languages. I read a lot and have travelled a fair amount. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and learning their history. In the next few years I plan to visit the countries I have not yet seen.

My friends and my family are very important to me. I enjoy cooking and hosting small dinners and keeping in touch with them.

In music, I prefer classical to jazz and pop music to rap.

I am outgoing, but need time on my own to reflect. I am exploring writing. I have a positive outlook on life and love to laugh. I can see the humorous side of difficult situations and do not dwell a long time on the difficulties that life throws my way.

I am looking for an optimistic companion who is fit and active, but who has a strong intellectual side as well.
