A widower for over 8 years, I'm looking for an upbeat, positive, adventuresome but stable partner in crime. Monogamous by nature and practice, and miss the intimacy of a totally committed relationship in all of its facets. Formerly lived in Manhattan, now split my time between my homes in Southampton, NY and Ft. Myers, FL. A retired banker, analytical by nature (sometimes overly so). Career led to stays in London and Tokyo. Something of a jock when younger, still enjoy skiing and golf. Joined a health club to work off the extra pounds. A smoker looking to quit. Enjoy the outdoors, the beach, working on the landscaping around the house. An audio buff, particularly enjoy jazz, classical and vocals - must be some form of compensation, can't sing or play anything! A "first meeting' should be somewhere casual, and quiet enough for an easy conversation, say for a drink or cup of coffee. By mutual agreement it should be short - about an hour - so no one feels trapped if there is no interest. An hour should easily be enough time to know if you want to see the other person for a real date.
