I am playful, curious, energetic, compassionate, funny, reflective, self aware, & generally optimistic. I love gardening, wilderness, food, & music. I find wisdom in community. I enjoy quiet & joyful ruckus in equal measure. and can easily laugh at myself. Truly!.

My golden rule
I am grateful and am shaped by the values held in that community. I recognize that each of us is valuable, and worthy of love and respect. I try to approach those in my life with this in mind, and while I'm not perfectly able to do so, my intention is to seek that presence of love and goodness in those that I meet. More earnestness, I know, but this bit is important to me.
