Saving The Best For Last?

Ik beschrijf mezelf als:

I have a treasure trove of wonderful memories at this point in life , (don't you?)and stubbornly listen to the Golden Oldies I loved so much as a teen-ager. Of course I enjoy the usual things everyone writes about on these dating sites, as well. I especially love smart conversation, humor and the ability to smirk at life's little ironies!
I like to dance, have a weird taste in books and movies, (so I have been told ) enjoy dining out or just sipping a beer on the beach contemplating the beauty and simplicity of life if and when we manage to get out of our way. I would really love to meet you if you understand and/or appreciate a woman whom has lived a full life, (a few bizarre circumstances in the mix) and is not giving up. I may be the ripe old age of 62 and I may still be the only one who can see remnants of the late, great me in the mirror...but I wouldn't trade the experiences and knowledge, wisdom and peace of having lived my life exactly as it is for anything. I am a man's woman, meaning I have always preferred the company of men. I have had one true female friend in my life and that was a true and long-lasting friendship. I miss her. But I also miss having that special man to share things with. I have loved and married very different men and to be honest, I am surprised and somewhat saddened be alone now. Never thought it would be this way. So "He" must be saving the best for last. I like to think so anyway. What do you think?
