Jeg beskriver mig selv som

I am a very happy person, enjoying live, but missing something. I enjoy my work as I meet with people all the time. I like to be a little creative so I paint in several mediums. I feel I can really let go and have fun when I paint. I love the outdoors and sitting around an open campfire. Love the visual arts like theatre, musicals,concerts, plays etc. But am also content to watch a movie at home, would we nice to have a special someone to share that with. I love to travel, but it is starting to get old traveling by oneself. Traveling can be as simple as a quick weekend getaway, or off on a cruise or to Europe, what ever we want. I enjoy my family, one son and one daughter who has given me 4 lovely grandsons. Love to spoil them and then send them home. LOL. Friends are important and I enjoy being with them. I would always want a partner to be able to have his own interests and respect his need to enjoy them. Just as I would know he would support my interests.
I had a very happy marriage of 37 years until my husband passed away in 2006.
Haven't done this sort of thing for a great many years, but am looking forward to the adventure whatever it may bring. Living in Drayton Valley could be a little challegening however, I hop in my car and head to the city many times a month, so a little drive doesn't hurt. LOL. More info to follow..............
