Retired for a few years. Keep busy with church activities and some senior social groups. Animal lover who enjoys time with my pets. I share my home with my pets and my two grown sons. I have close, longtime friends who are my extended family, both locally and out of state. I am a transplant to Charlotte and have lived here for 11 years. I am a New York native and spent several years in South Florida. I enjoy the more temperate weather in NC rather the the extremes of my former cities. I would like to meet someone who is interested in sharing time together at this time in our lives. Coffee, conversation, a casual lunch, a walk in Uptown or NODA, a visit to a nature center, or a pizza and a movie night are equally entertaining. Visiting friends and family is also nice. We can have our own hobbies and interests as well as ones we share. I support diversity and respect for other cultures, speak out for animal rights and humane causes. I know I am fortunate and blessed and pay it forward whenever I can.

Being a mature (a.k.a., senior) adult, has its benefits. Knowing myself and choosing the person who will enjoy my company, share

Someone who has a happy heart, loves animals, is a good conversationalist, thinks of others and is emotionally secure. I'm looking to find a man who wants to share this best part of life with a woman who wants to share her best life with him. A man who feels that romance is wanting to hear his partner's voice every day and have the anxious anticipation of seeing each other. To share every day big and small moments, knowing you are always there for each other.
Knowing that a committed, monogamous relationship is what makes physical love a fulfilling experience. A good man for this good woman.
