I am a Govt. retiree originally from Ohio with interesting-even very unusual-life and career experiences which lead me to still wonder what it is all about here and hereafter.

I enjoy intelligent conversation about everything and any topic with no restrictions and appreciate openess, a sense of humor, a reasonable level of physical fitness (I like to bicycle, hike, etc.), and people who like to be "out and about" as well as "homey and comfy." I am a romantic by nature, but I need that special someone to romance!

Almost all kinds of music are enjoyable to me as are most movies of any kind IF they are done well in at least one major area (acting and/or plot and/or setting, etc.).

I am about 6', brown hair and eyes, and live in my own home.

Traveling is an appealing passtime whether locally, in North America, or out of the country.
