I am a retired professional with two projects in mind: World travel, and writing a book about my life so far. I've recently taken a trip to Germany, but haven't planned more. For the book, all I need is the space to allow me to do some writing. I've signed a contract to complete the book this year.

A quiet conversation where we share our interests and find that we have a lot of interests in common. I would leave feeling that we could spend a lot of time together and really enjoy being together, and enjoying our mutual interests. Of course, a physical attraction would be a big ++, too.
Jag har alltid velat prova
World travel is high on my agenda now. I've traveled a lot within the US for my school involvements, but never abroad, except for my recent trip to Germany. Also, would love to try a gay cruise sometime. That would be more for the experience with other gay men vs. learning about other parts of the world though.

Mitt mål i livet är
Get the book done THIS YEAR, so I can be more free to enjoy other gay men & travel. There is no urgency to writing the book except my own desire to wrap up that part of my life. The book is a wrap-up of my 20 years of service on the school board with a focus on being the first gay man elected to a school board in America, and all the trials, etc. that resulted. I also developed a national network of other school leaders across the country, but that's really mostly history now. A new relationship with YOU (the reader) would be the real future !!!! :)

A movie/play/artistic experience where I learn something about the world, people in the world, and myself as a part of the world. It could also be motivational to do something to work on making the world a better place, but we can't be doing world improvement all the time. We also need to have time to just relax and renew ourselves.

Vad letar du efter?
I too often see the physical (physically fit) part first, but would also expect to share common interests: the interest in learning about the world, our place in the world, and an interest in making the world a better place. An interest in personal growth, and increased self-understanding is desirable. Of course, life can't be totally achievement oriented, so we must be able to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy life.
