At age 17 I began working for a company called "Rice Growers Assn" as heavy equipment operator. I did this for many years. I attended college for two years majoring in mechanical engineering, But had to drop out due to my job changing hours.. I never went back to complete. I got married although I never had children of my own, My wife had two daughters from her first marriage and I loved them and raised them as my own. I was married for 33 years until December 1st 2007 when my wife died of cancer. In 1984 (I think) I opened my own business, An Automotive and big Truck repair shop. The shop did well for a few years, But then California became hard to comply with its strict Smog laws, So I closed my shop and moved my family to Nevada in 1989. After moving to Nevada I began working for a Chemical Plant as Class"A" Instrumentation and Electrical technician. In 1998 I was injured on the job and became disabled, Unable to perform my work. In the year 2000 I had surgery although this did help, I am still unable to do many of the things a normal person can do. Shortly After the surgery I moved my Wife to Medford,Oregon where I currently live. Reason for moving here, There is a large hospital here that mainly treats Cancer. Sense my wife died, I live alone here in a small 3 bedroom house. I have a small building behind my house that I have turned into a small workshop. I enjoy building wood furniture in my shop as a hobby, After I build the furniture I donate to the elderly people that can not afford to buy.. The smiles on their faces is all the payment I require. Hobbies Past and present: Built Racing Cars, Build computers,Build furniture Build flying radio controlled air-planes. Habits.. I am a smoker.
