I am 77 years old but look and act younger than my years because I am active. I try and walk every day and work out with weights 3 times a week. My day starts and ends with ab exercises. My favorite mode of transportation in the summer is my motorcycle. Right now I am suffering from PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome).
