to be happy and to contribute to the happiness of others. Nothing is more important than having a positive attitude. About a year ago I received a phone call from my former secretary (business in Houston, TX). Her daughter received her medical degree and was doing an internship at Shands in Gainesville. At the close of our conversation we were both laughing. Her last comment was, "One of the things I love most about you is your positive attitude". During the Carter Administration she saw me lose a small fortune along with many others, especially in cities where oil played a pivotal role in their economy (Denver, New Orleans and especially Houston).
