I am a quiet, but friendly person who works in long term care. I love to read, go for walks, swim, travel. I enjoy all sorts of ethnic foods, I love to cook, and garden, and can produce. I’m into science fiction, fantasy, steampunk, fabric and yarn crafts, painting, I love calico cats and small dogs. That is what laps are for isn’t it? I am a borne again child of God and am a Catholic. My faith grounds me and is a major focus in my life.
I have two grown children. I’ve been a widow for eight years, and I think I am finally ready to get on with my life.
I sold my house last year because it was going to turn into a major money pit and I knew I would not be able to afford the repairs once I retire. For now I am staying with my daughter, but look forward to being in my own home again.
