I could list many things I want in a partner and he could have all of them and still not be the right man for me. Conversely he could have few of them and be the man I dream of. I think you probably know what I'm trying to say. There's a comfort level and easiness with someone who's right for you, and a desire and ability to spend a lot of time together without getting tired of them.
