My favorites are children, music and natural beauty. Children are wonderful in their innocence and fascinating in their unique take on the world. I listen to and play music as much as I can. Nature provides fun and inspiration: camping, biking, weekend mountain getaways, looking at the mountains on Denver’s horizon. I am excited about the prospect of finding a soul mate with whom to live, love and play together. I am a passionate optimist.

I am looking for someone who is a romantic-- meaning passionate, caring, engaged, open-minded, playful, content, enthusiastic, happy to be in the relationship. Someone who is a free spirit, not up tight, feels younger than her years and wants to both undertake new adventures and savor simple pleasures. The last of my four kids started her Junior year of high school this year. She is with me half time, so I have structured, predictable time commitments with her. After Spring 2013, I hope to work less, play more, and hopefully try living in different places for a while.

I find great joy in simple things like playing music, gardening, riding my bike, car trips to the mountains and being in water whether mountain hot springs or chilly oceans. I love to cook, go to the movies, and attend concerts. I have travled outside the US some and want to do more as time and resources allow.
