Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als

I became a widow July 2016 after being married for 42 years. I have 2 daughters and 7 grandkids. My God and family are first in my life. This on line dating is a little scary to me . I am not looking for for a serious relationship at this time but just someone to go out to eat, talk, go to church with me and enjoy someone's company. I finished my college education in 2000 after raising my daughters. I decided to retire this pass year after teaching 17 years in private and public schools. I don't consider myself a barbie doll but not a ugly Betty either. I consider myself average size but would like to loss some weight. I am trying to find my new normal and my new self. I would love to learn to play golf, and line dance. I love spending time with my kids and grandkids. I travel to Calif. as much as possible to see my youngest daughter and 3 grandsons. I have been on two cruises and would love to go on more. One thing on my bucket list is to visit every state in the U.S. I have been to 14 still a lot more to go. I would also like to try and zip line (I can't find anyone to do it with me!) I am shy and until you get to know me and then I can be very talkative when I get excited. I was raised in a very conservative family and have two brothers who served in the military and also my dad.So, I am very patriotic . I fight and stand up for what I believe and am a very loyal friend. I can cook but not a Julia Childs ( I really don't like to cook)! I love spending time with my teacher and church friends. I go to Branson every Oct. for a cousin's retreat. I am not a control freak and I don't like to be control. My brothers tell me I can be bossy (only to them) and stubborn. What can I say I am the only girl, someone had to be the boss! I am in the process of sellling my house after 30 years of living in an airport community . I will be staying in Owasso but moving to a subdivision. Down sizing house and yard, if you do not hear from me know I am supper busy and will be back after I move.
