Me describiría a mi mismo como

Well....my family describes me as a free spirit and that is probably an accurate description although there is a professional side to me as well. I love life and my family with great passion - my children and grandchildren light up my life and I love spending time with them and my extended family and friends. I am someone who has diverse interests - some that appeal to my spiritual self and others that appeal to my professional side. I love yoga and meditation, my coffee in the morning, visiting farmers markets, trying new trendy restaurants and/or food, hiking in the mountains, walking along the Bow River in Calgary or the beaches in Mexico, reading inspirational books, travelling, and I am developing a keen interest in energy/self healing. I am interested in politics, human rights, spirituality and always open to new adventures and new learning. I love music that speaks to the soul or makes you feel like dancing. I love to laugh and I love being with people who make me laugh - those laugh out loud moments are so important for our health. I am healthy and energetic and plan to be this way well into my 90's. And what am I looking for: hmmmm.....someone who is a romantic and will walk beside me-not in front of me; someone who loves family and appreciates the importance of family; someone with a sense of humour and loves to laugh; someone who is secure and stable but also impulsive and adventurous; someone who is comfortable dressing up as well as dressing down; someone who would enjoy a cup of coffee and a chocolate to start off the day.
