Me describiría a mi mismo como
I golf, fly fish, sail, camp, play the Irish button accordion, and make Penny whistles. I like easy going, fun, honest, present, genuine and authentic people who have sorted out their life. I like most music from classical up to but not including rap. I'm a retired Counselling/Clinical Psychologist with a degrees from the University of Texas and Long Beach State I originally came from Wisconsin. Before I retired I worked in several university counselling services. I've been in Canada since 1969 and wouldn't think of going back. My goal is to find someone who can just enjoy life, and wants to spend some time with someone who likes to joke around a bit and sees the fun and beauty in life. I stop to feed the ducks, pet the dogs, scrarch the cats,admire a flower or tree, and becomes hypnotized by a nice creek or river, especially if there are salmon or trout in it.
I like to go camping, take walks in the woods or around a lake or along a stream or river and notice the wildlife and just shear beauty of it all. My favorite food is Mexican or a good bratwurst and a beer or a hotdog done on an open fire. I enjoy good well presented food but generally am more mainstream.
I enjoy a good discussion if the other person is open and willing to considering lots of sides to a topic and freely toss ideas around. Psychology still fasinates me, but I also enjoy astronomy, sociology, anthropology and most sciences.
