My name is Esther. The biggest problem with these sites is the member lives so far away. So if you’re not within 30 miles of Macon, please don’t respond. My husband passed away almost 3 yrs ago. I am honest when I say I don’t intend to ever marry again. If marriage is what you’re looking for, maybe you should look somewhere else. However, like most of us, I do get lonely and would like a companion, or we wouldn’t be on here looking for someone to go out to lunch/dinner with---maybe take in a movie and later--- maybe some travel. I travel with a group out of Macon. We go to exciting places---places I probably wouldn’t get in the car and drive to by myself. They are usually 3-4 day trips. It’s nice when the bus picks you up, takes you to these places, puts you off at the door and returns to pick you up. I like gardening and still maintain my yard. I like to fish, camp and travel. I don’t cook much anymore---it’s hard to cook for one person—thus I eat out a lot. I have children---all grown and living on their own. I do enjoy spending time with them and we get together often---family is important. I also do lots of volunteer work for my church. Everything I have is paid for, so I don’t need anyone’s money. If you think you would be interested, I would love to hear from you.
