I am recently widowed but I am no longer crying in my beer. (I'd rather drink it). I'd love to find a warm, caring, outgoing man with both feet firmly on the ground (not on a banana peel). The "icing on the cake" would be someone who likes to dance, or is willing to learn. No worries; I have plenty of patience. Music is a positive balance for the body and soul. I enjoy intelligent conversations, but that does not necessarily mean that my mate has to be an academic. On the contrary, people who are self taught impress me more. What I miss right now in my life is a partner who I can travel with; I really miss RVing because it is a unique way to see other states. I love being in my own personal space and wake up in a new environment. As far as my persona, I would say I am super sociable, super independent,self sufficient with a positive attitude.Of course I have some miner flaws. I am not the most domestic woman and I have never had children. (if I couldn't fit them in my suitcase, then it was out of the question) However, I am very family oriented. In fact, I am the glue that holds my family together. And yes, I like children. Let's see, there is more to say about me. I don't consider myself ambitious. I was always content with a simple lifestyle and see no reason to change that. One of my quirks is that I don't care to be around people who are extremely opinionated especially when it comes to politics and religion. I have little concerns for the first because some things can't be changed. As for the second, I feel that we should be open minded. I don't practice any particular religion, but I do fear god, meaning that I have a conscience. There is more about me that I could say but I think better in person than on the internet.
