I am a native New Yorker, moved to Richmond Va about three years ago. I love having fun and it's been a long time since i've done that. It's been a long time that i've put myself out there to date, just because i've been afraid to. Don't know what dating is all about, don't know what to expect, but at this time in my life i am willing to give it a try. Love to laugh and what turns me on is someone that has good conversation and a sence of humor. I am honest, truthful; what turns me off is a person that lies, and plays games. I will show respect and in return i expect the same. Now if you invite me out then there is no conversation it's done. LOL Love being around family, like cookouts, like going to the movies (science fiction, Avatar, Transformers, comic book characters). Would love to travel, but funds keep me from doing this. What i would like to do is things that i've never experienced before; like doing things on the spur of the moment; love surprises; love to give surprises; I like a man to look nice in his clothes, and i love a man that wears hats; I like it when we compliment each other. I just started going to the "Y" so i'm looking for good things to happen if you know what i mean. LOL Another thing is i don't drive, never really had to learn living in NY and DC so i get around on the bus, it gets me where i need to be. Well i'm looking for a new chapter in my life, new beginings, and new relationships.

To live my life to the fullest; to enjoy my friends and family, looking foreward to meeting new people new goals new adventures whatever they may be; There is a whole world out there to be explored and and i am so looking foreward to this new life. I love my life right now, i guess i was afraid to venture out to see what is out there so here i am willing ready and able. I want to live long enough to see some of my grand children get married. Life is what you make it, and then some. I know that life has thrown opsticales in my way like it has done for all of us, but you can't let life knock you down and and you stay there, you get up and try again; Change is going to come, which i love, when it's good it's good, when it's bad you try to make it better. LIFE is like what Forrest Gump says it's like a "box of chocolats you never know what yor're going to get". You have to let God into your life in order to live life to the fullest and He will see you through.
