I am an outgoing person. Can be shy, but not often. I tend to respond to most situations with humor. Can be serious when called for but most comfortable with humor. I enjoy the outdoors. Love to travel by the road, bucket list includes driving to lower 48 and Alaska. Have traveled to roughly half already but enjoy revisiting as well. I must keep a home in Washington or Oregon. Half the fun of traveling is coming back home. I am semi-retired. Need something to wake up to each morning. I love life but have faced my mortality. I love to fish but not necessarily to catch. That is not a statement of my romantic leanings. I could set by a fast moving stream for hours, just not so interested in being interrupted by a tug on the pole.

I enjoy family, traveling on day trips or longer and hobbies. I have a metal detector I do not use often enough, fishing line that does not get wet often enough and friends around the country that I do not visit often enough.
