I am Bob & I am from near Waconia MN.

I am adventurous, enthusiastic about life & I am free to do my own thing, with a new friend, partner, or more!.

I like the outdoors, going out on the lake out front , or walking around in our woods!.

I have my own home & no debt, that is the way I like it!.

I like fishing, swimming, boating & more!.

I also like nature & I do go hunting in the fall.

I also like researching Trends in the various markets, for investing, or advising others on investments!.

I am a past Elected City Council Member for a local town I lived in, I didn't plan on living there, but one of my investments was so good I had to move there & live!.

I also served on a number of appointed local County Boards & Commisions, like Planning & Zoning, Board of Adjustment, Soil & Water Management & others, as a Hobby, of interest!.

Now I am an investor & I study local & National market Trends for investing!.

I am a past Real Estate Broker, a Certified Appraiser, a Certified Assessor, Right of Way Agent for Hennepin County & now I still work in a variety of areas as an advisor, an investor in many areas, but for most of my life I have worked alone, in my many areas of interest's!.
