I AM HANDICAPPED I WALK WITH A CANE because I was injured as a first responder during Hurricane Issac while working for the US Army Corps of Engineers. I will always have a limp due to the injuries. I still enjoy the best things in life just a little slower walk. I was forced to retire early..I consider myself pretty dependable.
