Me describiría a mi mismo como

I'd describe me as happy where I am. Life is like a book of lessons from which to learn. Not a day goes by that I don't learn something from somebody (even a total stranger with whom I come into casual contact), family member, some event, or thing on TV, radio, or a book. I describe myself as a women about to turn 63, and I think that's so cool that I've been on this Earth for 63 years, and the learning keeps coming!
It's like I'm a lifelong student. I'm about comfort in my dress. In warmer weather I sport Indian pant suits. Not only are they incredibly breezy and comfortable, but they are elegant. It is my trademark attire. I am not at all uncomfortable with going places by myself, but sometimes I wish I had someone with which to share the moment. I like to experiment with the culinary arts, sometimes making up recipes. I am health concious, but not a health food nut. I love animals, especially furry ones. For the first time in my life I actually adopted a cat! I believe in making contributions be they money, clothing, or household goods.

Mi idea de diversión es

Getting up in the morning, and knowing for the most part, I can do whatever I fancy. I really love taking long walks, for exercise. The street is my gym. I use jersey walls for push ups to strengthen arm muscles, tree trunks to give my leg muscles a workout. I even use my home as a "gym" when I have chores that get me moving up and down stairs, bending, etc. So my idea of fun is a bit of a work out before I start my day. If I'm feeling fit, then my whole day is bound to be fun. I've adopted an animal (cat). I've never done this. It gives me joy to observe the way of her species. I enjoy more, and more, being with family. I'm low key, and don't require a lot of running around, and the need to always be "doing something." Sometimes I just want time to listen to God, and be at peace.
