I am an active woman who enjoys walking, hiking, birding and travel. I am told that I am attractive and don't look my age, but these are my friends, and maybe they lie. I love animals, kids, especially grandkids, movies, books, politics, discussions, eating out. It is important to have purpose and meaning in life. I am liberal in my thinking and my politics. A man who has a social conscience and truly cares about people and who stays informed about the environment and current events is attractive to me. I have many friends whom I greatly value. I have always wanted to travel throughout the U.S. There are so many places I haven't yet seen. My dream was to have a travel van to take off and drive wherever on the spur of the moment. I would love to have a cabin in the woods where I could go to watch wildlife and read peacefully.

I am looking for a friend and maybe a partner. A thoughtful, caring, fun male friend would add to my life. I like the male energy. Intimacy is something that may come in time if all else is good. I already have a wonderful life and am not in need of a boyfriend. But, if a really great guy came along, I would be thrilled.
